Everything you need to know

Generally speaking, if there is an age limit you will find it at the specific page of the experience.

All limitation is included at the specific page of an experience. You will find at the “More Details” section.

You can pay via direct Bank transfer. After the confirmation of the order, we will send you the details of the bank transfer.

PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, receive money or set up a merchant account.

PayPal works as an intermediary between you and a bank. A user adds a bank account or credit/debit card to the PayPal system and whenever they’re making an online payment, they can select which account to debit. All transactions are processed through PayPal, instead of your bank.

After making the order our customer service will reach out to you via email with the confirmation of the given date. If you will receive an email with the subject of “… Confirmation of..” then your event is confirmed.

If the date is confirmed you can cancel it before 24h. Then we will give you another available dates to choose.

You have to send us an email to cancellation@budapestexperiences.com . If the cancellation was successful you should receive a reply. You can cancel the date before 24h without any fee.

There is a chance for cancellation at aviation programmes because it highly depends on the weather circumstances. If we need to cancel the date due to the weather we will give you another date to choose from. If the given dates are not okay for you we will return the total value of the booking.

There is no opportunity to cancel a confrimed date before 24h. If you run out of time, you’ll lose the right for participating on the program.

The official pick up point is on Heroes Square (the centre of Budapest). After you make the order we will send you the plate number of the transfer car via SMS on the day of the event.
